HTMA Homeopathic Practitioner Training Course Terms and Conditions

By enrolling on the HTMA Homeopathic Practitioner Training Course, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Course Provider
The HTMA Homeopathic Practitioner Training Course is provided by Aspire Homeopathy and Aspire Academy, operated by Catherine Nicholls.
2. Course Eligibility
This course is designed for qualified Homeopaths, student Homeopaths.
Aspire Homeopathy reserves the right to refuse enrolment where the course is not considered suitable for the applicant.
3. Course Delivery
The course is delivered live online via Zoom.
Course recordings, resources and supporting materials are provided through the Aspire Academy practitioner portal.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and equipment to participate.
4. Payment
Full payment must be received before access to the course and practitioner portal is granted.
Where a payment plan is offered, participants agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of access to course materials and live sessions.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your place and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date may not be eligible for a refund.
Once access has been granted to the practitioner portal, course materials, recordings, downloads or resources, refunds will not normally be available.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at Aspire Homeopathy's discretion.
If Aspire Homeopathy needs to cancel or postpone the course, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Recordings
Live sessions may be recorded and made available to participants through the practitioner portal.
By attending live sessions, you acknowledge that recordings may take place.
Participants are asked not to record, reproduce or distribute course sessions without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, resources, handouts, templates, guides, calculators, charts, frameworks, the Interactive Homeopathic Periodic Table and any other course content remain the intellectual property of Aspire Homeopathy unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for the participant's personal professional use only.
The Interactive Homeopathic Periodic Table and HTMA Calculator are proprietary educational tools developed by Aspire Homeopathy and are licensed for use by enrolled participants only during their access period.
Participants may not:

Copy or reproduce course materials for resale

Share portal access with others

Upload materials to third-party websites

Teach, licence or distribute course content without written permission
8. Practitioner Portal Access
Course access is provided to the registered participant only.
Login details must not be shared.
Aspire Homeopathy reserves the right to suspend access where unauthorised sharing or misuse is suspected.
Participants will receive 12 months' access to the practitioner portal, including course recordings, resources, the Interactive Homeopathic Periodic Table and the HTMA Calculator, unless otherwise stated on the course sales page.
At the end of the access period, Aspire Homeopathy reserves the right to remove access or offer an extended access option.
9. Educational Purposes
The course is provided for educational and professional development purposes.
The information provided does not constitute medical, legal or regulatory advice.
Participants remain responsible for exercising their own professional judgement and working within the scope of their qualifications, professional memberships and applicable regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
Aspire Homeopathy accepts no responsibility for decisions made by participants based on course content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspire Homeopathy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from participation in the course.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Changes to Course Content
Aspire Homeopathy reserves the right to update, improve or amend course content, resources, schedules or delivery methods where necessary.
Any significant changes will be communicated to participants.
12. Privacy
Personal information provided during enrolment will be processed in accordance with the Aspire Homeopathy Privacy Policy.
