There is no need to print anything or take detailed notes. Almost all of the teaching sits on the slides themselves, and they go into the portal after the session and stay there permanently alongside the recording. The practitioner and patient resources for each module go into the portal the day before the session. They are there whenever you want them, and there is no need to have read them beforehand.

Whether you are with us live or working through the recording, please do not worry if you cannot be there on the day. Nothing is lost. The recording, the slides and the resources all go into the portal afterwards and stay there permanently, so you can take the module in your own time and pick up with us again from there.

You will find an introduction in the FAQ's below and again in the introduction to every module in the portal, setting out what each one covers and when we will come to it. Do have a look through if you would like a sense of the shape of the whole course and where the things you are most curious about will be picked up.

I teach the module through and then we have a proper question and answer section at the end. I always leave good time for it, and holding questions until then keeps the thread intact for everybody.Plenty of questions will come up as we go, about a patient of yours, about remedies and prescribing, about how all of this works in practice. Do write them down and bring them to the question and answer section. A good number will have answered themselves by the time we get there, and some may belong to modules still ahead of us.The course is built in a deliberate order. An individual chart, and any prescription that follows from it, only makes sense once the elements, the ratios and the metabolic picture are in place. We get the understanding right first, and there's dedicated case work later on where exactly these questions get the answer they deserve.
