What is a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis?
HTMA measures the minerals and toxic elements laid down in your hair as it grew, giving a record of the past few months rather than a single moment. Crucially, it looks at both the individual mineral levels and the balance between them. The levels show how much of each mineral is present; the balance reveals how the body is actually using them.

2. Your initial consultation
A 90 minute online consultation where we explore your health, history and goals. You receive your first homeopathic prescription to begin your support straight away.

3. Receive your hair test kit
Everything you need, with simple instructions to collect your sample at home.
4. Send your sample to the laboratory
Your sample is analysed by Mineral Check.
Your results and treatment
5. Results arrive
Once your results arrive, usually within three weeks, Catherine will analyse them in detail alongside your history and prepare a personal report to share with you at your next consultation.
6. Your findings consultation
We go through your results and report together, so you understand what your minerals are saying and how they connect with your story. Your prescription is then reviewed and tailored to your results.
7. Your ongoing support
