Through a personalised consultation, I provide tailored advice and homeopathic remedies to improve focus, reduce overwhelm, enhance communication, and promote a sense of calm and self-regulation.
I am a mum (to two children and a cockapoo), a wife, sister, daughter and Homeopath - and every other job title that comes with parenting!
I started using Homeopathy after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and ME. I had seen so many specialists in the search to reduce the debilitating pain and fatigue with no success. Yet after my first consultation with a Homeopath, I saw an immediate change. Within a few months, my health had drastically improved and before the year was up, I had no pain, was no longer taking any medication and my fatigue reduced to a normal, parenting level!
I studied for four years at the world-renowned School of Homeopathy and spent a further two years under supervision. I have since completed a Post Graduate in Homeopathy at the Welsh School of Homeopathy, as well as training under Mike Andrews - a Homeopath with extensive experience in supporting children with Autism.
